We carry out intrusive and non-intrusive compartmentation surveys to identify non-compliant penetrations and linear gaps. Each finding is geo-tagged or location-referenced, photographed before/after, and assigned a unique ID.
Your report includes scope-by-area, material specifications, access notes, and a remedial plan with priorities—so you can programme works with confidence.
- Tagged openings and services by type
- Photo records and corrective actions
- Clear quantities for pricing and procurement
Need a rapid estimate? Send drawings and photos to info@renbro.co.uk.
We install strictly to manufacturers’ tested details and relevant standards, ensuring each opening is sealed to its required fire and smoke rating. Substrates and services are prepared appropriately, and only compatible systems are combined.
- Method statements and site-specific ITPs
- Batch tracking and material traceability
- QA checks at hold points and final inspection
See our Accreditations for competencies and insurance information.
On completion you receive a full digital pack suitable for O&M and audits:
- As-built records with annotated plans
- Unique IDs, tags and location references
- Before/after photographs and materials list

How will you access services above ceilings?
We coordinate with the principal contractor to agree safe access, lifting tiles selectively and reinstating. For fixed ceilings, we plan access hatches or programme works alongside ceiling trades.
What information do you need to price?
Drawings (plans/sections), photos of typical penetrations, fire strategy (if available), and site constraints (access hours, permits). We can also conduct a survey to build a priced schedule.
How do you programme the works?
We sequence by area and floor, aligning with M&E and ceiling teams to minimise rework and ensure openings are ready when we arrive.
What do I get at sign-off?
You receive a digital handover pack: as-builts, photos, IDs, materials and ratings—ready for O&M and audits.
